  • A supporting statement that answers the following questions:
    • What attracted you to the role of Chair for KidsOut?
    • We are seeking individuals who will inspire others and enable a supportive and collaborative environment. How will you as Chair foster a feeling of one team with the Board and executive staff?
    • Our new Chair will need to articulate the vision and ambition to external audiences in a compelling way. Please tell us about a time you have played an ambassadorial or spokesperson role for an organisation.
    • How can you see KidsOut expand its horizons and what ideas do you have that could help KidsOut to grow?
    • The economic context is challenging and our margins are tight, the Chair will help us by providing creativity and bring the experience that helps build our resilience for the future. Can you share an example of where you have previously managed an organisation (as a NED or executive) through a significant period of change? What did you learn from the experience?
